Educational Services

I provide schools, organizations, and human resource departments with instructional design for online courses. I work with subject matter experts from initiation of their project through completion. I will help to identify the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap. We can work together to certification courses for new hires, a post secondary certification program, or even an online course of k-12 programs. The options are endless. I also specialize in being able to incorporate social impact into online course work

In 2020, a colleague and I started an organization to assist families with the college and career exploration process. Over the course of our establishment, we have expanded to include tutoring and enrichment programs. Our goal is to assist students in maximizing and expanding their potential, allowing them to realize and obtain their goals.
